The Problem

Multiple providers, no shared model, and an ambiguous internal UI created unnecessary friction for teams trying to ship reliable blockchain infrastructure.

Key Decisions

Default to one decision, not five

New teams pick a chain and ship. The routing engine handles failover, retries, and provider selection underneath and complexity stays invisible until a team needs it.

Hide power features until the user reaches for them

Per-method routing rules sit behind an opt-in panel. The simple path doesn't pay the tax; the advanced path appears only when looked for.

Treat enterprise nodes as a first-class path, not a workaround

BYO RPC sits alongside Tatum's managed providers. Enterprise teams with their own infra plug in without leaving the product.
